Shipping and Tracking Your Order
You can track your order in track order page. If you need more detailed help with tracking your package, please contact customer support.
If no one is available at the address when delivery is attempted, delivery partner will make two delivery attempts on consecutive days. If two delivery attempts are unsuccessful your package will be returned to us and consecutive delivery attempts will be on chargeable basis. Date of delivery is subject to availability of product.
Bharathi Systems & Services is not liable for any delay in delivery by the logistics partner and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment.
Delivery of all home delivery orders will be done to the Shipping Address mentioned while placing the order online and should reach you in a maximum of 2 to 7 business days. However there may be unforeseen reasons where your delivery may get impacted & delayed.
- Bharathi Systems & Services does not charge any separate Shipping Charges in addition to the price shown at the time of placing the order.
- Bharathi Systems & Services is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
- Please note all items (including free items) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Bharathi Systems & Services believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, Cancellations will be considered only if the shipping is not yet made.
The company reserves the right to cancel/modify an order at any point in time without prior notice.
Return & Refund Policy
Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for any return or replacement requests, so please record it in clear lighting.
The unboxing video should show the product, damaged parts (if any) and packing slip existing outside of the package. If you find your item damaged after you received the item, you should have a video: showing unboxing video and damaged product. We’re sorry but we can’t accept an exchange or return if you don’t have the video or the video you have is edited/paused.
Bharathi Systems & Services takes care to procure, store and sell products of the best quality, in the best of conditions. We have partnered with Shipease – leading logistic provider in India, to ensure that all products reach you in the best of conditions.
However, in the rare event where you might have received a product which is damaged (either functional or cosmetic or any damage incurred during transit) or a product which has a manufacturing defect, Bharathi Systems & Services and/or it’s Logistics Partner will look into the matter on a case by case basis.
In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will guide you on the process for the same.
Bharathi Systems & Services does not accept Returns for any other reasons apart from the scenarios mentioned above. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product and is subject to the following conditions.
|Brand New / Assembled Desktops / Unboxed||This item is eligible for free replacement/return, within 15 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of different/wrong item delivered to you. Subject to Product Package is not opened /not used and in the original condition.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged/wrong device, please create a replacement request within 24 hours of order delivery. Raising a replacement request any time after 24 hours of order delivery will result in your replacement request being rejected.
|Refurbished||This item is eligible for free replacement, within 15 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of defective or different/wrong item delivered to you.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged device, please create a replacement request within 24 hours of order delivery. Raising a replacement request any time after 24 hours of order delivery will result in your replacement request being rejected.
|As Is Condition / Software||Non-Returnable
This item is non-returnable due to nature of the product
For Refunds a COD Collection Fee (2% + GST or 99/- whichever higher) will be deducted as it is collected by Courier Company.
For all orders Buyer pays for the return shipping and products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 10 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
Orders paid by net banking/UPI accounts will be credited back to bank account.
